Are the winery tours private or shared?

All Mudgee Rides winery tours are 100% private. You receive exclusive use of the vehicle and driver for the duration of your tour — no shared passengers, no fixed itineraries.

Absolutely! Our drivers are local wine enthusiasts with extensive knowledge of the region. We'll customise your itinerary based on your preferred wine styles, budget, and any special interests like organic wines or family-owned estates.

Does the winery tour include accommodation pickup and drop-off?

Yes. All winery tours include door-to-door pickup and drop-off from your accommodation within Mudgee town, plus transport to your chosen lunch venue.

Are lunch and tasting fees included in the tour price?

Lunch and cellar door tasting fees are not included, giving you full freedom to choose where and how you dine and taste during your tour.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for airport transfers and weekend wine tours. For same-day bookings, call us directly as we often have vehicles available for immediate dispatch.

Can I book last minute or on the same day?

Absolutely! While advance booking is preferred, we maintain flexibility for urgent requests. Call or text us directly, and we'll do everything possible to accommodate your needs, even with short notice.

How many passengers can you accommodate?

Our fleet ranges from luxury sedans (up to 4 passengers) to premium SUVs (up to 7 passengers). For larger groups, we can coordinate multiple vehicles with synchronized pickup times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash. Payment can be made in advance during booking or at the completion of your journey. Corporate accounts with invoice billing are available for regular clients.

Do you allow pets?

Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please let us know when booking so we can prepare appropriate vehicle protection. An additional cleaning fee applies for pets to ensure the vehicle is kept fresh and comfortable for all passengers. Service animals are always welcome without restrictions (fee still applies)
