To book a ride with Mudgee Rides, simply scan the QR Code, create an account and log into the website. From there, you can input your Mobile number, pickup and drop-off locations and the number of riders. Or select from the list of preset locations, which will show you the estimated fare, and you can confirm your booking with just a few taps.
Mudgee Rides offers a range of ride types to suit your needs, including preset rides, Custom rides, Airport Transfers and Exclusive Private Wine Tours.
Mudgee Rides takes safety seriously and has implemented a number of measures to protect both passengers and drivers. This includes background checks for all drivers, and regular vehicle inspections. We also require all passengers and drivers to wear seatbelts and refrain from drinking alcohol whilst in the vehicle.
The fare for a ride with Mudgee Rides is calculated based on factors such as the distance traveled, time spent in the car, and any additional fees or tolls. You can see the estimated fare for your ride before you book, with our preset booking options.
You can cancel your Mudgee Rides ride at any time before your driver arrives. If you cancel within five minutes of requesting a ride, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the driver has arrived, you may be charged a cancellation fee of $10.00.
There are many benefits to using Mudgee Rides over traditional taxi services. Our rides are comparable on cost and often more affordable, and you can see the fare upfront before you book. We pride ourselves on being punctual, and our drivers are always contactable (if in reception area) Plus, all of our drivers are background-checked and our vehicles are regularly serviced and inspected for safety, regularly cleaned, have mints and fresh cool bottled water.
